For a while, I've been having an itch for anime. A couple of the images resemble the cherry blossom trees which appear quite often in plenty of anime. The outfit we decided on, started off with the sweater which was given to Katie by her grandma. Couple weeks after we spoke about the outfit that would be used for the shoot, she posted a photo of her hair and which fit so well with the outfit that we decided to add it. Location was never finalized till the weekend before the shoot. I had gone over to Josh and Katie's home and noticed the relaxed/fall atmosphere on their front porch. That's when I knew that the pieces had fallen into place. The video portion of the shoot came about me overcoming my laziness and procrastination which has stunted my creativity. I've been dreaming of doing a video as such for more than a year. It's titled "Dreams" not only for its vintage dreamy feel but more cause I finally fulfilled one of my dream goals, to start.
